Stop the spending.
Keep the money.

A structured 90-day programme for men spending too much on OnlyFans-style platforms: subscriptions, unlocks, tips, paid chat. Not willpower. Not shame. A plan that shuts the machine off and points the money at your life instead.

The calculator is free, takes 30 seconds, and stores nothing.

One-click cancel · Access to the end of what you've paid for · Neutral name on your bank statement

Step 1: See the machine

You're not weak. You're up against professionals.

Creator platforms run the same machinery as casinos: variable rewards, VIP ladders, scripted intimacy, price anchoring, and re-engagement pings the moment you go quiet. Teams are paid to keep you spending. Losing to that machine says nothing about you. Staying in it once you can see it would.

The unlock loop

Pay-per-view teasers are slot-machine mechanics: pay to reveal, occasionally rewarded, always primed for one more.

The girlfriend experience

Warm replies at scale. Chat teams, scripts, and spend-tier tags dressed up as a relationship.

The VIP ladder

Leaderboards and shout-outs sell you status that resets to zero every month, unless you pay again.

£250/month

£3,000

a year, gone

£17,898

in 5 years if you keep it (7%/yr, illustrative)

Step 2: Work the plan

A written 90-day programme, built for how you actually spend

A short, anonymous intake maps your pattern: where the money goes, when, and what's underneath it. Your answers shape a programme tailored to that pattern, with your own numbers in every chapter. No chatbot. No AI improvisation. Real pages that read like they know you.

Days 1-14

The interruption

Bank blocks, the unsubscribe list, payment routes cut. Engineering first, motivation later.

Days 15-42

The machine

Exactly how your platform hooked you, laid out cold, with checks you can run on your own account history.

Days 43-70

The drivers

What the spending was standing in for, and what to build in the hours it used to fill.

Days 71-90

Money repair

The redirect plan: your old monthly spend, pointed at a goal you chose, with slip-proofing that survives contact.

Every task tracked. Every pound counted.

Day counter, held streak, and a money-kept total pointed at your goal. Your number, your plan, your progress.

Start the intake

Step 3: Decide once

One price. £29/month. That's the whole page.

About a pound a day. Less than a single unlock a week, to shut the whole machine down.

You've been squeezed by manufactured urgency and engineered spending. So there is deliberately none of it here. The maths is plain: at £150 a month of spending, the programme pays for itself five times over in its first month. At £450, don't do the maths. Just start.

Tonight

Intake done, programme open, first blocks set.

Days 1-3

Payment routes cut. The leak stops.

Week 6

Real statements, real total, no more guessing.

Day 90

Exit review. The structure stays. The money is yours.

Straight answers

Is this therapy or some kind of treatment?

No. Unspent is structured self-help: a written programme, tracked tasks, and a daily check-in. It treats this as a spending problem with mechanics you can beat, closer to gambling than anything else. If you're in a bad place mentally, a GP is the right first call, and we say so inside the programme too.

Will anyone find out I'm doing this?

Not from us. You sign up with a made-up handle, never your name. Your email is used for the sign-in link only. Your bank statement shows a neutral company name. We store the minimum we can get away with: no journals, no free text, nothing to leak.

Why not just use willpower?

Because you already tried that, and you're up against teams whose job is to beat your willpower at 1am. The programme starts with engineering: payment blocks, unsubscribes, and friction, so the decision isn't being made at your weakest hour. Understanding and rebuilding come after the leak is stopped.

What happens if I slip?

You log it and run your slip protocol. A slip costs you a week's number, not the whole 90 days. The streak resets; the money-kept total and everything you've built survive. No shame spiral, just the next check-in.

Is this about never looking at anything again, forever?

No. It's 90 days with the spending switched off and the machinery understood. What you do on day 91 is your call, made from a position of strength, with your money back under your control. Forever-vows are how the last attempt broke; this is a defined block of work with an end date.

Where are the reviews and success stories?

There aren't any, on purpose. Members are anonymous, so we can't parade them, and we won't invent 'James, 34' with a stock photo. The calculator, the programme outline, and the pricing are all in front of you. Judge us on that.

What does cancelling look like?

A button in settings. One click, no retention offers, no guilt screen. Your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of what you've paid for. Payments already made aren't refunded, so cancel whenever it stops earning its keep and you lose nothing extra.

Anonymous

A username, never your name. Your email is only used to sign you in.

Discreet

Neutral company name on your statement. Nothing to explain to anyone.

Minimal data

No journals, no free text stored. We keep the least we possibly can.

The next payment doesn't have to happen.

Five minutes of honest answers. A plan by tonight.
